We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The position will be based in the construction industry, working with individuals who have been injured or disabled on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of individuals' physical and cognitive abilities to determine their needs and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists and physicians, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to help clients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
- Evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate clients and their families on how to safely perform daily activities and prevent further injuries.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in occupational therapy to provide the best possible care for clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Dubai.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- At least 3-8 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a construction setting.
