We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paralegal Specialist to join our Healthcare team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our legal team and assisting in various legal matters related to healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on healthcare regulations and laws in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to healthcare operations.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal briefs, memos, and reports for court cases or legal proceedings.
- Managing and organizing legal files and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Liaising with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies on behalf of the healthcare organization.
- Providing administrative support to the legal team, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a Paralegal Specialist in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
