We are seeking a talented and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in Dubai, specializing in Energy law. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to our team of attorneys in various aspects of legal proceedings and transactions related to the Energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on Energy-related issues
- Assisting in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Managing and organizing legal files and documents
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals
- Attending meetings, hearings, and trials with attorneys
- Assisting in due diligence processes for Energy projects and transactions
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive legal information
- Performing administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a Paralegal in the Energy sector
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
