We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our legal team in Dubai, UAE. As a Paralegal in the retail industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal department in various tasks related to contract management, compliance, and legal research.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conducting legal research on various issues related to the retail industry
- Managing and maintaining legal files and documentation
- Assisting in compliance matters and regulatory requirements
- Liaising with external legal counsel and vendors
- Providing support in litigation matters and dispute resolution
- Assisting in corporate governance and legal entity management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Paralegal in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
