Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support our legal team within the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory compliance, contract management, and an understanding of the legal aspects of pharmaceutical operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance-related documentation.
- Conduct legal research on pharmaceutical regulations, intellectual property rights, and other relevant legal matters.
- Maintain and organize legal files and documentation, ensuring that all materials are accurate and up to date.
- Support the legal team in the preparation of case materials, including briefs, motions, and discovery documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations.
- Monitor changes in legislation that may impact the pharmaceutical industry and advise the legal team accordingly.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts with suppliers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare summaries of legal documents and provide insights to the legal team on potential risks and issues.
- Manage timelines and deadlines for various legal projects and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Coordinate with external counsel as needed for specialized legal matters.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance, and intellectual property laws.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess legal issues and propose solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
