We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planning Assistant to join our healthcare organization in Ras Al Khaimah. The Planning Assistant will work closely with the planning team to support the development and implementation of strategic plans to ensure the efficient operation of our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the healthcare organization
- Conduct research and analysis to support planning initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other planning activities
- Monitor progress towards strategic goals and objectives
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Support the planning team in identifying and addressing operational challenges
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in healthcare planning or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
