We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operator to join our Telecommunications team in Dubai. The Plant Operator will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operations of our telecommunications plant, including the equipment and machinery involved in the production and distribution of telecommunications services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate plant equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during plant operations
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Maintain detailed records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents that occur
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with the implementation of new equipment and technologies as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role in the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of plant operations and maintenance procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed

Experience:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in plant operations in the telecommunications industry
