We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Practice Manager Assistant in our Transportation and Logistics department in Sharjah. The Practice Manager Assistant will provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and help ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Practice Manager in daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update electronic and physical files and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Practice Manager and staff
- Assist with budget management and financial reporting
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Help oversee logistics and operations within the department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations is a plus
