Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, operations, and business development within the industry. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of our practice, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of professionals within the Aerospace and Defense practice, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the practice, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing service offerings in alignment with market trends and client needs.

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and delivering exceptional service.

- Project Oversight: Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Regularly monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Financial Management: Manage the practice’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Analyze financial data to drive profitability and operational improvements.

- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.

- Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and continuous improvement. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the Aerospace and Defense sector. Utilize this information to inform business strategies and decision-making.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on practice performance, project status, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in management roles within the Aerospace and Defense industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and client management.

- Strong understanding of the Aerospace and Defense market, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering results.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
