We are seeking a talented and experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ajman, UAE. As a Process Engineer in the field of Information Technology, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to streamline operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements
- Utilize data analysis tools to track and measure the effectiveness of new processes
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the workflow
- Train and mentor team members on new processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in process engineering in the IT industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in project management is a plus
