We are seeking a dynamic and organized Production Coordinator to join our team in Al Ain. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the production process in the construction industry, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule production activities, including material ordering, equipment rental, and labor allocation
- Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Prepare and maintain production reports, including budget tracking and progress updates
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that construction plans are followed accurately
- Evaluate production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- [X] years of experience in production coordination in the construction industry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
