We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Coordinator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Al Ain. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet production targets and deadlines
- Monitor and track production progress, identifying any bottlenecks or issues and implementing solutions
- Collaborate with various departments, including Quality Control, Supply Chain, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless production operations
- Maintain and update production documentation, including production schedules, batch records, and inventory records
- Conduct regular inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and enhance productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software
