We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Program Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations within the transportation and logistics department. This includes managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods and services, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee the planning and execution of transportation and logistics activities, including route planning, scheduling, and dispatching.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage a team of operations staff, including drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of Dubai's transportation and logistics regulations and market trends.
