### Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Operations Manager to lead and oversee our retail operations based in Dubai. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our retail programs and initiatives, driving operational excellence, and enhancing the customer experience.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Program Development and Management:
- Design, implement, and manage retail programs and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of programs across departments.

- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee daily operations of retail programs to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess program performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for various retail programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of program coordinators and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages team engagement and professional growth.

- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.

- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the retail sector.
- Utilize insights to make informed decisions and adjust program strategies accordingly.

- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks associated with programs and develop mitigation strategies.

- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on program status, challenges, and successes to senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities, processes, and outcomes.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, operations management, or a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain management, and customer service principles.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
