Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of various real estate programs, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and in alignment with company objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate programs and projects.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

2. Operational Oversight:
- Ensure effective implementation of operational processes and best practices across all programs.
- Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment on program goals and objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and external partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and issues.

4. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Track expenditures and provide regular financial reports to management.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.

5. Risk Management:
- Proactively identify potential risks and challenges that may impact program delivery.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

6. Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in program management or operations management within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex real estate projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations in Dubai is advantageous.
