We are currently seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Quality Improvement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and improvement processes within our Transportation and Logistics department.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement strategies and best practices
- Train and educate team members on quality standards and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and make recommendations for further enhancements
- Prepare and present reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in quality management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
