We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, particularly in the construction sector.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the construction sector in Ajman
- Conduct market research to determine property values
- Create and maintain property listings
- Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork for real estate transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the construction sector
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Ajman
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE driver's license and own transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2-5 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the construction sector
- Familiarity with property management software
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
