We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for buying, selling, and renting properties in the Education sector. The Real Estate Agent will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, provide guidance on market conditions, and negotiate contracts on their behalf.

Responsibilities:
1. Prospect potential clients in the Education sector and build relationships to understand their real estate needs.
2. Show properties to clients and assist them in making informed decisions.
3. Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions.
4. Stay current on market trends, property values, and legal requirements in Ajman.
5. Assist clients in completing paperwork and closing transactions in a timely manner.
6. Collaborate with other real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
7. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Ajman or similar market.
2. Strong knowledge of the Education sector and real estate market trends.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. UAE driving license and own transportation.
6. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field preferred.
