We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Developer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a strong background in property development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities in Dubai
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to determine the viability of projects
- Develop project proposals and present them to stakeholders for approval
- Oversee all aspects of the development process, including design, construction, and marketing
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to deliver high-quality projects
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and investors
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing real estate projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
