Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all real estate operations, including property acquisitions, leasing, and sales. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategic real estate plans to maximize the value of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic real estate plans to optimize the value of the company's real estate portfolio
- Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities
- Negotiate and execute property acquisitions, leases, and sales agreements
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, and property management
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on industry trends and market conditions
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of real estate projects
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting related to real estate activities
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate operations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
