We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of a portfolio of real estate properties, including commercial and residential properties
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize the value of the assets
- Negotiate lease agreements, rental rates, and terms with tenants
- Monitor market trends and analyze data to make informed decisions regarding property investments
- Coordinate with property maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations
- Manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in real estate management, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
