We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recreation Director to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing recreational activities for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recreation program for employees, including sports leagues, fitness classes, and team-building activities
- Manage the recreation budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective
- Collaborate with other departments to promote employee engagement and morale through recreational activities
- Recruit and train recreation staff as needed
- Ensure all recreational facilities are well-maintained and adhere to safety regulations
- Evaluate the success of recreational programs and make adjustments as necessary
- Promote a healthy and active lifestyle among employees through various recreational initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of recreational programming and event planning
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
