We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recreation Director to join our telecommunications company based in Ajman. The Recreation Director will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing recreational activities and events for employees within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recreation program that caters to the diverse interests and preferences of employees
- Plan and coordinate various recreational activities, such as sports tournaments, fitness classes, team-building exercises, and cultural events
- Manage the recreation budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective and within budget constraints
- Collaborate with other departments to promote and advertise recreational activities to employees
- Supervise and train recreational staff, including coaches, instructors, and event coordinators
- Ensure all recreational facilities are well-maintained and safe for employee use
- Evaluate the success of recreation programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on current trends in recreation and wellness to enhance the employee experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
