We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a proven track record of managing relationship operations programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and partners in the education sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery of educational programs.
- Monitor and analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations.
- Lead and manage a team of relationship operations staff to ensure they are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support program delivery and development.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in program operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful relationship operations programs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
