We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team in Sharjah within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong background in retail management, and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing all aspects of the retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train and mentor retail staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of retail staff.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
