We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the retail store
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Assist in creating visual merchandising displays to attract customers
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
