We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the aerospace and defense industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and updating displays
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience in a similar industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense products is a plus
