We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sanitation Supervisor to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Sanitation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and sanitation of our office facilities to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sanitation policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the office.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of sanitation staff, including cleaners and janitors, to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of office facilities to identify areas in need of cleaning or maintenance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure proper usage and storage.
- Train sanitation staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with sanitation regulations and guidelines set by local authorities.
- Collaborate with other departments to address sanitation issues and improve overall cleanliness of the office.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sanitation or facilities management role.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
