We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer in the field of Telecommunications to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications technology and experience in managing complex projects in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems and networks
- Providing technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with telecommunications equipment and systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Conducting research and staying up to date with the latest developments in telecommunications technology
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve network performance and reliability
- Managing and overseeing telecommunications projects from start to finish

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems and networks
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
