We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our Aerospace and Defense team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the aerospace and defense industry, with a proven track record of success in senior management roles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability in the aerospace and defense sector
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for business expansion
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the aerospace and defense industry
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Defense Studies, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
