We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry and possess excellent leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors and staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and production schedules
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators and financial metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
