Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships within our organization and with external stakeholders. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans and initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends.

- Project Management: Lead and manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Operational Efficiency: Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.

- Financial Management: Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to ensure alignment with financial goals.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations and standards. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on project management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.

- Knowledge of telecommunications technologies, market trends, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
