We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of our company's facilities in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management within the Information Technology industry and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the maintenance and operation of all facilities in Dubai
- Manage all facilities staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting and cost control measures
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility upgrades and renovations
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the company's carbon footprint
- Manage the security of all facilities, including access control and surveillance systems
- Oversee the planning and execution of office moves and relocations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the Information Technology industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience managing large-scale facilities projects
- Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software
