We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our Real Estate company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, particularly within the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Manage employee relations, including conducting investigations and addressing grievances
- Implement performance management systems to track employee productivity and progress
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
