We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Dubai. As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Oversee employee relations and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Dubai
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions as needed
- Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations
- Collaborate with senior management to drive HR initiatives and improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management roles
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
