Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Knowledge Manager to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and managing knowledge management strategies that enhance organizational learning, foster innovation, and ensure the effective dissemination of information across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge Strategy Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Identify key knowledge areas within the pharmaceutical domain and prioritize knowledge capture initiatives.

2. Knowledge Capture & Documentation:
- Lead efforts to capture tacit and explicit knowledge from various sources, including internal experts, research data, clinical trials, and market insights.
- Ensure the documentation of processes, best practices, and lessons learned across all departments.

3. Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration:
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by creating platforms and systems for collaboration among employees.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to promote knowledge exchange and continuous learning.

4. Continuous Improvement:
- Utilize metrics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance knowledge sharing processes and tools.

5. Technology Integration:
- Collaborate with IT to identify and deploy appropriate knowledge management tools and technologies.
- Ensure that knowledge management systems are user-friendly and accessible to all employees.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including R&D, marketing, regulatory affairs, and sales teams, to ensure alignment on knowledge management objectives.
- Advocate for knowledge management initiatives at the executive level.

7. Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure that all knowledge management practices adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in knowledge management within the pharmaceutical sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulatory environments, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful knowledge management strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in knowledge management software, collaboration tools, and data visualization platforms.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
