Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail marketing strategies and have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and enhance brand positioning in the competitive retail landscape of Dubai.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store, and events) to promote product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance on project execution and professional development.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Brand Development: Work closely with the product development and merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, brands, and media to enhance visibility and drive traffic to retail locations.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using KPIs and metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention, utilizing CRM tools and customer feedback to refine marketing efforts.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management within the retail sector, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
