We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Policy Officer to join our Telecommunications team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Policy Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and regulations related to the telecommunications industry in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis on telecommunications policies and regulations
- Developing policy recommendations and proposals to improve the regulatory framework
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and input on policy initiatives
- Monitoring industry trends and developments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participating in regulatory meetings, workshops, and conferences to represent the organization's interests
- Providing strategic advice and guidance to senior management on policy matters
- Contributing to the development of long-term strategic plans for the telecommunications sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Public Policy, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in policy development and analysis in the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and policies governing the telecommunications sector in the UAE
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
