We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Service Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Energy services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing service operations and leading a team to deliver exceptional service to our clients in the Energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all service operations within the Energy sector, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Develop and implement service strategies to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of service technicians and engineers, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in service management, preferably in the Energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing service operations and leading a team.
- Strong technical knowledge of Energy systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
