We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our manufacturing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, with a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of user interfaces for our manufacturing systems, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop user personas
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
- Work closely with developers to implement designs and ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
