We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Specialist to join our team in Sharjah within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling, as well as a deep understanding of telecommunication operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation
- Analyze historical data and trends to forecast future workforce requirements
- Create and maintain accurate staffing schedules based on projected call volume and employee availability
- Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to address staffing shortages or surpluses
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring and onboarding of new employees
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess workforce productivity and efficiency
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the workforce management function
- Generate regular reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling within the telecommunications industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in workforce management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and cost savings
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE
