We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our healthcare team in Dubai. As a Special Education Teacher, you will work with children and young adults who have a range of learning, emotional, and physical disabilities. You will be responsible for creating individualized education plans for each student, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of each student, and providing support and guidance to both students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students
- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as therapists and psychologists, to support students' overall well-being
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices in special education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Teaching certification in Special Education
- Minimum [random number] years of experience working with students with special needs
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and strategies for students with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
