We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with special needs and will be able to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment within a construction setting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs
- Adapt and modify curriculum to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Provide support and guidance to students with behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the success of students
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Utilize assistive technology and other resources to enhance student learning
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Teaching certification in Special Education
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with students with special needs
- Knowledge of various teaching strategies and techniques for working with diverse learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
