We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our construction team in Dubai. The Sports Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing sports programs for our employees, promoting physical activity and teamwork within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sports programs for employees, including team sports, fitness classes, and wellness activities
- Organize and supervise sports events and competitions within the company
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees to improve their physical fitness and skills in various sports
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote a healthy and active lifestyle among employees
- Maintain sports equipment and facilities, ensuring they are safe and in good condition
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sports programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on latest trends and best practices in sports coaching and fitness training

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sports Coach, preferably in a corporate setting
- Certification in sports coaching or fitness training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Knowledge of various sports and fitness activities
- Familiarity with sports equipment and facilities management
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the construction industry
- Experience coaching a diverse group of individuals
- Knowledge of injury prevention and sports nutrition

This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE. The salary and benefits package will be commensurate with experience.
