We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth flow of goods
- Analyze data and trends to forecast demand and make informed decisions
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in supply chain management in a retail environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing supply chain operations
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain management software
