We are seeking a qualified and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to individuals of all ages, with a focus on financial services professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups, focusing on stroke technique, water safety, and overall fitness.
- Develop lesson plans tailored to the skill level and goals of each swimmer.
- Provide feedback and guidance to swimmers to help them improve their swimming abilities.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
- Communicate with swimmers and their parents or guardians to provide progress updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of swimmer progress and attendance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in swim instruction.

Requirements:
- Certified swim instructor with at least 3 years of experience teaching swim lessons.
- Strong knowledge of swim instruction techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
