We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of each student
- Provide instruction on proper swimming techniques and water safety
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during lessons
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area

Requirements:
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience as a Swim Instructor
- Certified lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
- Knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
