We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop action plans to capitalize on them
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance and achieve sales goals
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
