We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Theater Manager to oversee all operations of our agricultural theater in Dubai. The Theater Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the theater, including scheduling performances, managing staff, and ensuring the overall success of the theater.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and audience engagement
- Coordinate and schedule performances, rehearsals, and events
- Manage and supervise theater staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue
- Maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract audiences and increase ticket sales
- Collaborate with artistic directors, performers, and other staff to ensure successful productions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Evaluate the success of performances and events and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater Management, Arts Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in theater management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with Dubai's cultural landscape and theater community
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
