Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Operations Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all transportation operations within our real estate portfolio, ensuring efficient and seamless transportation services for residents and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transportation operations strategies and programs to optimize services within our real estate properties.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of transportation services.
- Manage transportation service providers and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements.
- Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement best practices in transportation operations to enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of transportation facilities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on transportation operations performance and key metrics to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation operations management, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management software.
